How to Assign hostname to a router

Go to global configuration mode and enter this command





Router>
Router>enable
Router#configure terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
Router(config)#hostname HeadOff

HeadOff(config)#
HeadOff(config)#
